Hi, I'm Anne Marie. "Annie" and I am the proud owner of this business. I have worked hard over 12 years to learn and grow so I can deliver a great photographic experience to you.
After graduating with a Bachelor of Fine Art in Photography, I worked at some national publications as a commercial photographer. My husband commissioned in the Army and we started our journey with military life. Frequent moving around led me to creating my own business and I can now take it with me everywhere the military takes us around the world.
I am the mother of 4 children, three boys and the baby is a girl. I enjoy the outdoors and met my husband while I was a river guide in Souther Utah. I love to mountain bike, hike, backpack, and explore everywhere I can. Since my husband is frequently on assignment with the military I have developed a hobby of fixing everything in the house. I have dabbled in dry walling and mudding, plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, and being the fix-it-all girl in the house. Cats are my thing even though our family currently has a black german shepherd and my kids love him.

THE PROCESS
things you should expect
The experience I offer is set up to be as stress free as possible so that you can focus on the amazing experience of marrying your love and enjoying your day. I do everything I can to set up the photography end so that you can simply check it off your list.
Once you contact me I will send you pricing within a day or two by email. We then schedule a consultation where I go over what you want on your wedding day and I answer any questions. I will send you an online contract and retainer payment form. This makes everything official!
The fun begins with your engagement session. This is crucial to our relationship as photographer/bride and groom. We get to know each other and make sure everything is fitting together. After the engagement session we keep communication going on wedding timeline and shot lists etc. until the big day. I will text you a week or so before to make sure everything is on track.
On the wedding day I will show up at the venue a little early and scout out everything. I will follow the plan we made together as far as getting ready shots, first look, family portraits, etc. I am there to help you and capture your special day.
After the wedding I deliver online gallery about 4-6 week after and deliver USB with your images 6-8 weeks after that. Albums takes a little longer and should be completed within 3 months.

Let me tell you that you need this wedding album. Let me do it for you, … Not just for you or your spouse… But for your future generations with whom you can tell your story through some special images. Your story is too important to be archived in a digital domain never to be touched, appreciated or enjoyed in the company of your loved ones.

Your wedding album will be a fine piece of art made of the finest heirloom materials that will last for generations. the paper and photographs are made of archival material that resist fading and yellowing, the binding is made to last for generations. The albums I sell are guaranteed for life!

ENGAGEMENT SESSIONS
Use the images from your engagement session for your save the date cards, wedding website, wedding announcements, to display at your reception, or to just remember this time together.
Together we will choose the right locations that best suits your needs, weather it be in the mountains, on the coast, in the city, or in any other beautiful locations. My goal is to find the best lighting and capture your relationship as we walk around and you interact with each other.
If you are nervous about posing or knowing what to do, I have you covered. I will guide you and prompt you to help you feel super comfortable. I will capture a mixture of posed and lifestyle images, this will really show your love and personalities. You can bring pets or kids, whatever best shows who you are. Choose your outfits to best show who you are and what you are comfortable with. They can be dressy, casual, or formal. or we can change outfits. Try to not match each other but do have some sort of coordination with what you are wearing. Most of all we will have fun and make great images.
Do you offer black and white images?
Yes, I will deliver your gallery in color and the images that I see that would artistically and visually look good as a black and white I will deliver in color and black and white.
FAQ
Can I have the negatives or RAW files?
The RAW unedited pictures are not for sale or for viewing. This is much like asking a painter for their brushes and pain tubes. Please be assured the delivery of final images reflect my high standards of image quality and everything else is not archived in the studio.

Are the images watermarked?
No, none of the images you receive in your gallery will have a watermark.

Do we need a permit to take pictures in _______ location?
It depends. Some national parks require it, but the permit needs to be obtained by the client. If you have questions about a certain location I am happy to help you figure out permit requirements.
